2. Order Confirmation & Customization

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • For custom-made furniture pieces, production begins only after the order is confirmed. Any changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your city (e.g., Lahore, Multan, Karachi) and product availability.

  • Delivery Responsibility: While we ensure secure packaging, customers are requested to inspect the item upon delivery. Any damage during transit must be reported immediately to the delivery team or our customer support.

4. Returns & 25-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 25-Day Money Back Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or highly customized items may have specific limitations regarding returns, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible items and Bank Transfers.

  • For high-value luxury items or large furniture sets, a partial advance payment may be required to process the order.
